Business Application Updates – May 7, 2012

Introduction

This has been a great week for our business tools!  We made some general enhancements and improvement, but the biggest news is custom attributes.  You are now able to completely customize your customers application by creating and defining your own fields and objects.  This takes customization in Apptivo to a whole new level, let us know what you think!

New Business App Features

This Monday (5/7) we added the following new features to Apptivo:

1. New Custom Attributes feature for Customers App
2. New sales lead reporting & export feature
3. Enhanced search functionality
4. Simplified the registration process

Business Tool Fixes

This Monday (5/7) we fixed the following issues in Apptivo:

1. Performance improvements in the following apps
1. Projects
2. Timesheets
3. Invoices
4. Sales Receipts
2. Fix for adding employees to an existing firm (employees wouldn’t see any apps by default)
3. Invoice tax & discount logic corrected
4. Changed Slovakia’s currency to EUR
5. Contact sorting fixed in Contacts App
6. Fix for error when creating employee with long address
7. Ability to add contacts from the Customer overview page
8. Uploading an employee agreement on the employee overview page
