Apptivo Product Updates as of March 09, 2021

Welcome back to Apptivo’s newest product updates for the month of March. Along with our collaborative work in product development, Apptivo has been consistently bringing innovative, business-impacting solutions to the industry. About every week at Apptivo, we upgrade our apps to the latest demands to enhance our customer experience as well as serving user expectations. In order to ease your work, some of our existing applications are further upgraded. Let’s go through the quick notes of the latest updates.

Enhanced Categories in Contacts

Categories in the Contacts app is used to segment contacts. This will help the user to be better organized. Every business will categorize its contacts differently. Apptivo allows users to customize the apps as per their business requirements. From this update, we have provided the rearrangement option for the categories’ values in the Contacts app. You can simply drag and drop categories on your desired positions as per your preference. The categories will be re-aligned based on your arrangements on the “Search and Select” pop-up while adding the categories to the contacts. Read more.

PDF Template Bulk Update in Invoices

Bulk Actions in Apptivo is used to update multiple records at once. The Bulk Actions of the Invoices app is enhanced to update the invoices templates by using the bulk updates. Now, you can update multiple invoice templates by simply using the bulk action updates. Select the preferred invoices by clicking on the checkboxes on the homepage list table and click on the Bulk Actions button to update all invoice templates at one go. Read more.

Project Hours by WorkLog Reports in Projects

The Projects app in Apptivo has many strategic reports that help to track and analyze the project flows and the employee’s effort to the projects. In addition to that, we have introduced the “Project Hours by WorkLog” report to generate reports on employee’s project WorkLog hours clocked, as allocated over a specified period of time spent on each project along with the actual work hours and billing values. This helps in tracking the individual employee’s actual work hours on projects. Read more.

Date & Time Field update in Email Templates

Email Templates in Apptivo allow you to create and customize the predefined messages by simply using the insert attributes link on the email templates. In this update, we have improvised the email templates to support the Time and Date & Time attributes. This helps you to include the custom added Date attribute with the type of Time and Date & Time. You can easily add the Time and Date & Time attributes in your email templates by simply using the insert attributes button while creating a new email template. Read more.
