Tag your Team in News Feed

News Feed activity in Apptivo is a great medium to communicate with the Employees in your Organization. It also keeps a track of the various activities taking place within your Organization by providing up-to-date information. To make your work more streamlined, News Feed activity has introduced the Team tagging feature. Moving forward, you can tag your teams in the News Feed. You need not tag each member of your team individually to the News Feed.

Sorting for the Email, Phone number, and Address

Better analysis and easy retrieval of information can be achieved with Sorting. Sorting lessens your work and makes it more effective. Apptivo has introduced the sorting feature for the email address, phone number and address fields. This feature is now available in a 360-degree view, Show All Page, Global Search, and Advanced Search pages.

Intelligence Dashboard with Weekly View

Businesses prefer having information at the fingertips. It becomes an added benefit if the information is available in charts. It helps in quick comparison and easy conclusions. As one of the most comprehensive tools to track the performance, the Opportunities App of Apptivo has added View by Week to its Intelligence Dashboard. You can now view the performances on a weekly basis.

Once the dashboard is created, you can see the chart in the weekly view.

Standardize Digits for Currency Fields

The price of a quantity plays a significant role while creating Invoices. If the price has decimals, then it becomes inevitable to set the scale and precision of the Item rate and amount. You can now set a standard value for the scaling level and precision in Apptivo from the Master Layout of the desired Applications.

Note: This feature is available in the Estimates App, Invoices App, Orders App, Work Orders App, and the Purchase Orders apps.

Customized Conversion of Opportunities to Orders

The latest feature release has launched the feature to map a table in your Opportunities App with the Orders App. You need not enter each data related to your Items manually when converting an Opportunity to Order. Instead, you can use the Custom Conversion feature of the Opportunities App and get the Item information mapped with Orders.
