Apptivo Product Updates as of January 19, 2020

Welcome to the newest product update of Apptivo. At Apptivo, we continue to steadily update our system to enhance customer experience and deliver the latest & greatest functionalities to meet the business needs that will offer an all-in-one system. In order to maximize the user experience, in this update, we’ve improvised some of our existing functionalities. Let’s take a quick glimpse of the release notes.

Supplier Pricing Override for Estimates

The “price override” option in Apptivo primarily allows users to edit the product’s cost while creating an Order or a Quote. Pricing override is one of the CPQ method’s best techniques. Users can edit the product cost and the supplier cost while creating estimates. It allows you to edit the price of a single item and decide the supplier cost on-the-go that enables the system to calculate the total. In this update, the price overriding option has been strengthened to adjust supplier costs for an item while the user creates an estimate. With that, now you can easily provide an accurate quote to your customers at the best price. Read more.

Set Criteria in Convert Action for Purchase Orders

Apptivo offers a wide range of security actions that establish the security of access level for activities such as call logs, activities, tasks, and follow-ups. Users can perform a variety of activities based on their security level access. This helps users to quickly enable/disable the actions and allow them to control the actions they perform. In this update, we’ve further improved the Convert Actions visibility. Now, you can give the Convert Action’s visibility criteria that can be shown according to your preferences. In this way, you can restrict your users from the Convert actions they perform. Read more.

Stripe 3D Secure Payment Authentication for Orders App

In the Apptivo Invoices app, we have recently introduced Stripe 3D Secure Payment Authentication. With the latest update, users’ customers will be able to complete the secure 3D payment authorization with the help of European cards when paying their invoices from Apptivo through the Stripe payment gateway. Now, you can avail this safest payment option in the Apptivo Orders app as well. With the “immediate payment method”, you can perform secure payment authentication through the Orders app of Apptivo by using the stripe payment gateway. It can be authenticated in WEB, Android, and iPhone. Read more.

Enhanced Visibility Conditions

Visibility Condition is nothing but making an attribute visible when a particular condition or requirement has been fulfilled. In Apptivo, you can customize the visibility of an attribute under certain criteria. Visibility condition is one of the field properties in Master Layout. In this update, we have provided a dedicated Set Criteria option to improve the user experience. This feature allows you to define the condition to show or hide a particular field. Read more.

Search Option For Multi-Select Field Values

We have recently enhanced the Multi-select field with the Filter for standard and custom attributes. In order to further improve user experience, we have enhanced the Multi-select field with the search and select option while performing the Advanced search. With this update, you can now easily search and select the values of the multi-select field. Read more.

Removed BETA Labels

We, at Apptivo, have always worked relentlessly to update and optimize the existing features and applications according to the latest trend in the industry. To keep our valued customers informed that a particular feature is still in the development stage, we had labeled them as BETA. With this update, we are extremely pleased to announce that we have completed, tested, and deployed these features from the BETA version to the live ecosystem. Hence, the BETA label has been removed from all the features that were previously under the development process except Notifications. Now, you can get maximum productivity out of our prime features without any intervention. Read more.
