Welcome back to the latest edition of Apptivo’s product updates. Apptivo goes through constant update on the current features and releases new functionalities almost every week. In this release, we have mainly focussed on the new feature enhancements and introduced new functionalities to accelerate the old features. Let’s go through the short note of the updates.

Two Way Sync in QuickBooks Online Integration
In addition to one way sync in QuickBooks Online Integration, Apptivo introduced the 2-way sync in this update. Now, you can sync your Apptivo’s Customers, Invoices, Suppliers, Supplier Invoices, and Items app records with your QuickBooks Online accounts and vice versa. You can sync your Apptivo tax codes with QuickBooks online account and map the fields from Apptivo Invoices app to QuickBooks account effortlessly. Once configured, the Invoices app will be automatically synced with your QuickBooks accounts. This enables you to manage your Apptivo invoices directly from your QuickBooks online accounts without any hassle. Read more.
Advanced Filters in General Reports of Contacts App
Generally, reports help to present data in an organized format with a purpose based on a specific audience. Apptivo has several customizable reports which helps in generating the reports based on your business requirements. In this update, we have enhanced the Contacts app’s general reports with the Filters and Advanced filters. Now, you can simply select the attributes from the filter drop down and enabled the advanced filters on the reports settings page of the Contacts app. With that, you can customize the general reports with the filter attributes along with the advanced filters to generate the reports effectively. Group Listing Report in Opportunities App
Apptivo introduced the Group Listing Reports in the Opportunities app to create associated group reports based on the other applications of Apptivo. This helps to analysis the reports with the association of the records on the other applications of Apptivo. You can customize the group list reports on the settings page of the Opportunities app, and generate reports on the reports sections of the associated applications as well. In addition, we have added the customization with the group listing tables and summary box views to get the accurate reports along with the summary without any hassle. Read more.
Access Level Feature in Custom App
Access level in Apptivo is used to provide the view and edit access to all or employees based on your business preferences. From this update, we have introduced this feature for the custom-created apps of Apptivo. With this, you can now customize the view and edit access of your custom created apps easily. Based on the configuration, the employees can have the edit and view access of the records on the custom applications. Additionally, you can create an exception list to provide the privileged access of the records as per your requirement. Read more.
Duplication Rule for Suppliers App
Duplication Rules in Apptivo allow users to eliminate duplicating records and help to get only valid information inside the system. Most of the applications of Apptivo has this feature to get the valid records in the system under certain criteria. Now, we have introduced this duplication rule in the Suppliers app. You can set the rule either to Prevent Duplication automatically or Warn and Flag Duplication for review when creating or uploading a supplier. Additionally, enable the “Validate Across Apps” toggle to validate the data across the other chosen applications and opt out the duplicate records with the application details in individual tabs.
