Supported Orders App

We have enhanced the usage of the Apptivo App in Windows platform by implementing the Orders App. The Orders app speeds up the order processing, boosting customer satisfaction. With the Apptivo Order Management system, you can get to access a feature-rich yet simple application with adaptable and customizable workflow.

Consider the Orders App. Clicking on it you can view the order’s records created in the web version, edit, and search for the order’s records. And you can also create new orders by clicking on the “+”icon, which will also get reflected in the web.

Once you click on the “+” button, you will get the screen as shown in the below image, complete creating the order to add them to the records.

Besides creating an order, you can perform various actions like collaborating the activities to the Orders App, duplicate the order and take a picture of your order instantly.

e-Sign in Estimates and Work Orders app

An electronic signature or eSignature refers to data that is recorded in electronic form and is used by a signatory to sign. It is intended to provide a secure and accurate identification method for the signatory to provide a seamless transaction. Apptivo is integrated with our partner Sign.co for eSignature. We can get eSign from Customer/Contact based on the estimates and work orders.

For instance: Let us consider e-sign in Estimates app.

Enable eSignature in Apptivo web and in Estimates Configure eSign attribute in the Print/web layouts. Once an Estimate is created, you can view the “Send eSign” button in “Additional” icon. The forthcoming process remains the same as on the web.

In-Person sign in Estimates and Work Orders app

The in-person signing feature enables you to sign documents and collect multiple signatures directly from the device in face-to-face situations. Apptivo is now integrated with Sign.co for in-person sign in the Work Orders, Estimates, and Contracts App.

For instance: Let us consider e-sign in Work Orders app.

Enable eSignature in Apptivo web and in Work Orders Configure eSign attribute in the Print/web layouts. Once a Work Order is created, you can view the “In-Person sign” button in “Additional” icon. The forthcoming process remains the same as on the web.

Approval flows in Estimates and Invoices

Once an Estimate is created and submitted, it goes through the approval flow. Based on the approval flow and order, the ideas will get approved by the managers accordingly. Here are the steps to define approval flow in Apptivo web.

Set the criteria and actions for your Approval flow in Apptivo web and click “Create” button.

Log in to the Employee account and select the “Submit” button from “Additional” icon for the created Estimate.

Log in to the Superuser account and access to Estimates App. Select “Pending My Approval” from My Employee’s Estimates.

The Manager can either “Approve” or “Reject” the Estimate by clicking the corresponding button from the “Additional” icon.
