Apptivo Product Updates as of October 05, 2021

Welcome back to the newest product updates of Apptivo for the month of October. Apptivo has been updating all its existing applications in order to maintain the stability of our software in the web version. We also upgraded some of our applications in this update to simplify and improve the customer’s reliability. Let’s go through the short notes about these updates.

Notes & Documents Notifications for Custom Applications

Apptivo has been updating its Custom applications widely with new features in recent times. In addition to that, we have now introduced the Notes & Documents Notifications in the Custom application. With that, you can configure the news feed and email notifications when the documents & notes are added, modified, and deleted in the Custom application. You can also configure to receive email and news feed notifications when the documents are added, deleted, and downloaded. Similarly, you can configure the email and news feed notifications when the notes are added and modified. Read more.

Detailed News Feed View for Purchase Orders

News Feed in Apptivo helps you to get instant notifications for the actions performed on any records of the application. You can get the News feed updates for all the applications on the Apptivo. In this update, we have enhanced the news feed on the Purchase Orders app to get detailed information on the updates. For example, if any of the records on the purchase orders application is updated by your employee, you can get detailed information related to the updates from the News feed itself. Read more.

Highlights for Completed Follow-ups

Highlights in Apptivo allow you to create highlights for the records based on the color codes in the background and fonts. Now, we have implemented the highlighting for the completed follow-up records. With that, you can configure the color code for the follows ups that are in completed status. We have also introduced the Status field on the Follow-Up actions. So that, you can easily mark the status of the follow-ups based on your preferences. In addition, you can provide different colors for the follow-ups on the Calendar view based on the follow-up’s status. Read more.

Enhanced Invoices Export(IIF)

The Invoices app in Apptivo helps you to create and manage your customer’s invoices effectively. It allows integrating Apptivo with your QuickBooks Online account. Recently, we have implemented the two sync from Apptivo to QuickBooks Online account. In addition to that, we have enhanced the Exports(IIF) option on the Invoices app to capture all the fields on the Apptivo. Now, you can export the IFF file of the invoices will all the fields on the Apptivo. Through this, you can easily import the downloaded IIF file to your QuickBooks Online account with all the fields of Apptivo without any hassle. Read more.
