Apptivo Work Orders(WO) application allows you to easily manage and dispatch resources to address customer problems on-site, as well as providing a method for employees to track the hours and products used to resolve each work order.
Dispatch Calendar
Your Work Orders can be viewed conventionally under Dispatch Calendar, with a special consideration of an employee and also by the team. If the employee is added in the team then selecting “By Employee” dispatches the work orders assigned to that team and to an employee.
This Dispatch Calendar works on the basis of “Service Delivery Window” pertaining those details given at the time of creating a work order.
