Getting Started

1. Connect RingCentral to Apptivo

2. Select employees and map extensions

3. Place a test call

1. In the “Action” column, click on the button for “Test”.
2. Dialer for the test will appear. Enter in the phone number you wish to call.
3. “Answer” the popup from RingCentral to accept the call.
