The Notes activity of Apptivo allows you to add notes effortlessly by clicking on the Create button located at the top right corner of the activity. In the Create Note window, you can add all the information related to your note.
- Along with the basic function of adding the description, you can choose a predefined template as a note and share it with other employees in your organization.
- Also, you can add new records for association from any apps by selecting the Associated With button. By this, the note will be available in the associated record’s Note tab in the source application.
