The Bulk Actions of the Notes allow users to perform the same action in multiple records at a time. Using Bulk Actions, users can export the records in CSV format. This includes exporting all fields in the Notes activity or only the fields displayed in the current view. The Bulk Actions are available only in Table View of Notes.
