Apptivo is now integrated with Sign.co to capture digital signatures within your quotes(estimates) & contracts. Businesses can create and manage templates with their complete branding and agreement terms, and then include one or many fields where a signature is required by the client. Users then draft new quotes or contracts from Apptivo and send through a special eSign flow which emails the customer and requests their signature. Sign.co will deliver the email to the customer, and allow them to manage the process of capturing signatures and providing a complete signed document at the end. Once done, the signed document and history is also captured back into Apptivo to complete the process.

This feature has special pricing, managed through credits within your Apptivo account. Each packet (one Estimate or Contract) will cost $0.15, regardless of the number of signatures. These credits can be easily purchased at any time by an administrator.
