Setup Steps

  1. Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Create” button to create a new customer.

Features available in App

  1. Click on “Reports” icon to generate customer reports.
  2. Click on “Notification” icon to customize news feed and email feed.
  3. Click on “Import” to import mass customers from CSV file.
  4. Manage loyalty program for customer.
  5. You can also duplicate a customer using “Duplicate” feature found in App.
  6. Click on “Schedule follow up” to schedule the follow up event with customers.
  7. You can perform simple search and advance search for customers.
