Data level access can be set it so either the assigned or all employees will view the object.

This is common in all CRM applications like Leads, Contacts, Customers, Opportunities and Cases.

There are two values found for accessing data one is Employee and other one is ALL.

  • Employee – If you set it to employee, only those who have assigned to that object can view and access them.
  • ALL – If you set it to all, employees found in your account(who have login access) can view and access the object.
