Create Contracts

You can create contracts by entering required information in the appropriate fields through creating the contract page. Click on “Create” button to save and continue creating new contracts.

Show All

It permits to find all the created contracts. By clicking on Show All, all the contracts will be displayed, where you can have an overview of them.

By Directory

In contracts app, Directory helps you to view any particular contracts using alphabets or to view all contracts by the help of “All” option which is located at the top of the directory.These are like filters, using which the appropriate contracts can be viewed, by choosing an alphabet from the directory.

By Status

This menu expands to show Contracts from different statuses.It helps you to find the status of the contract, like if the contract has executed then considered it to be executed status.

  • Draft

  • Sent for signature

  • Executed

  • Expired

  • Canceled

By Renewals

In expense reports, You have the ability to create the various renewals regarding to the renewal date according to your business requirements. Here, you can view the expense reports based on the renewal days.

By Expired

This menu helps you to view the expired expense reports based on their expired date.

By Tag

These tags are used to filter the contracts easily by their association. For an instance, you have created a tag with name “Summer Sale”. Now, the contracts associated with this tag can be viewed by clicking on Summer Sale under By Tag.

My Views

A custom view is a feature that allows you to view contracts information with preferred data fields. You can select the columns you would like to view and save it as a shortcut, displaying only the custom fields required.

Shared View

This is a feature which allows you to view the custom views created and shared by your employees.
