Creating Campaigns
The Campaigns App is the primary app, where you’ll generate a campaign, select an email template, identify the proper targets, then blast out your email. There are two types of campaigns: Quick Campaigns and standard Campaigns. In either case, you’ll also need to create a target list before you can proceed to launch a campaign. Here, you can target any other CRM apps such as leads, contacts, customers, or employees.
Create Quick Campaigns
Quick campaign is a direct method of conveying emails. It allows to launch the campaign while creating a new campaign.
- Enter Campaign name
- Start date
- Fill the Target details
Campaigns associated with CRM
Leads
- Go to the leads
- Create or edit the lead
- Add to the preferred campaign or Create a new campaign
Customers
- Go to customer app
- Create or modify a customer
- Add to the preferred campaign or Create a new campaign
Opportunities
- Go to Opportunity app
- Create/Edit a Opportunity
- Add to the preferred campaign or Create a new campaign
